Delete activation (not a KFF Park)

Following log for KB3WAV was actually not a WWFF-KFF park, it was actually a park within a different program.

Please delete QSOs associated with file (info from upload output)

I had corrected the park ID within the log to add the KFF to the park number. However, it turns out the file was accidentally submitted to WWFF. My mistake, I should have checked first.
