IOTA refs for JA and JAFF refs

Hello,
I compiled a list of IOTA refs for JA islands and cross-checked with JAFF refs. I have found that 4 IOTA refs do not have any JAFF areas in them. Those are AS-047, AS-056, AS-067 and AS-194P. All other 23 IOTA refs have at least one JAFF ref in them.
