Who and why uses for RFF reference translate into English ???
Example Setun River Valley correct name is Dolina reky Setun I think…. All names are translate why ???

I do it because otherwise no one foreigner will understand what means, for example «Dolina reki Storozhka».

I guess, you have got full version of latest RFF proposals (already approved 2017.11.02), where I gave both transliteration and translation of proposed SPNAs.

I looked at your map. I really liked how you marked on it these last two dozen new references with transliteration and the translation of their names. I think, this is the best way.
