WWFF Committee

  1. Membership
    1. The WWFF Council shall be formed of seven elected officials, plus a number of ex-officio officers.
    2. The elected officials are voting members
    3. The ex-officio officers are advisers to the elected officials.
  2. Elected Officials
    1. The elected officials shall be the Chairman plus continental representatives for AF, AS, EU, NA, OC and SA.
    2. Online nominations for election shall be sought during the last week of January of each year.
    3. Online elections shall be held during the first week of February of each year.
    4. Where no nominations are received for a position, the incumbent may remain in post.
    5. Except in the case of Rule 2(D), no person may hold the same position for more than two successive years.
    6. The Committee may fill any unfilled position, by co-opting a suitable candidate until the next election.
  3. Ex-Officio Officers
    1. The following WWFF officers shall be considered to be non-voting members of the WWFF Committee:
      1. Immediate Past Chairman
      2. Awards Manager
      3. Directory Manager
      4. Log Manager
      5. Logsearch Administrator
      6. Webmaster & PR
    2. Each of these officers may appoint deputies/assistants, with the agreement of the WWFF Council.
    3. The WWFF Committee may appoint any further officers as they may deem necessary.
  4. Purpose
    1. The WWFF Committee shall coordinate and operate the WWFF program.
    2. In addition to any specific duties, all WWFF Committee members shall be expected to:
      1. be ambassadors for WWFF
      2. maintain a visible presence within the wider amateur radio community
      3. provide appropriate content for the website
      4. act as forum moderators.

WWFF Consultative Council

  1. Membership
    1. The WWFF Consultative Council shall be formed of the WWFF Committee plus the other primary National Representatives of each WWFF program.
  2. Purpose
    1. The WWFF Consultative Council shall be an advisory forum to coordinate the National Programs.
  3. Voting
    1. Each WWFF program shall have one vote, to be held by the National Coordinator.
    2. Votes of the WWFF Consultative Council shall be advisory, and non-binding on the WWFF Committee
