Canadian WW&FF QSO log entries

I have activated BC12 (VE1646) twice and send my logs to KB5VYJ but apparently he’s not the one I send the Canadian CPNOTA logs to. He never replied ether. There does not seem to be anyone I send them to or I haven’t found the list. I used N7AME/VE& both time s and LoTW accepted them. Any suggestions?

Not sure who KB5VYJ is, but I can tell you they are not associated with logs as far as I know for the WWFF program.
If you have some logs to submit for WWFF/VEFF those would be sent to dave.va3rj@gmail.com
