Hello Friends, here some other Info and expolain about the question about the SIG Field info content, and the related subfields SIG_Info and so on .
I was just considering a rig/station control soft (and logger of course) logger that is quite known and used, normally for contests; but occasionally users may also use it – why not? – for activations, not only WWFF .
Writing with the Ham that did such a very fine piece of software, he kindly considered some not complex add-on to suit activations logs needs. For that reason I was asking if SIG Fields not containing the string “WWFF” could abort, as this may render more complex the mods.
Indeed the WWFF logs uploader is very fine, and it does exactly ignore all SIG Fierlds and subfields not containing the WWFF String, as it should.
So uploading logs that contains different SIG strings does not abort the upload.
It appeared to be so by checking and uploading logs; anyway I’m still waiting – as I wrote above – somebody of the WWFF logger staff to confirm our foindings.
Who knows.
