Hi Peter,
No there had not been any response after bug ticket creation. The issue was raised again a week or so ago (we also had a similar case in OHFF, and I had forgotten yours), and I was now informed that it is not a high priority item due to low incidence, the server migration taking place, etc.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon!
