Extent of the log uploading privilege

I have a question with regards the title.
Can a country coordinator upload a log containing an activation of FF reference of another country? Namely, can I, the JA coordinator, upload a log of ZLFF activation?

There is nothing to stop you – the privilege is not linked to the Directory (although in theory, could be…)

However, I would expect people to only upload for their own program, and as a courtesy forward other logs to the respective coordinators.

This question came up when I was asked if we could have a local rule provision different from the global rule.
