Issue in the logsearch page

It looks like there’s something wrong in the header code. After you enter the page with your callsign, the top line of the header shows for three time the “all program” column with a part of the code in the middle. It causes an abnormal enlargement of the header, with the DX Entities button barely visible at the far right.

The part of the code you can read is this one:
progFilterString=””; break; } ?>

Hope you can fix it.
