Not receiving EAFF award

Hi,

Is anybody else experiencing issues regarding receiving EAFF awards?

I applied online for the EAFF-H-20 award on 7th November 2023 and have not received the award certificate.

Emails to the EAFF National Co-Ordinator have gone unanswered.
