Submitting Logs

I cannot find how I submit my logs. I see in the rules that it needs to go to the National Coordinator or Log Manager. I found a post from April who they are, but no contact for them… I feel like I must be missing something obvious.

Assuming MONZZ means M0NZZ (and hence England) contact details are:
