WWFF-H-1344 Award – Still pending for over 20 Days

WWFF Team,

Just wanting to find out if my WWFF-H-1344 award has somehow slipped through the cracks or there is issues with the auto email system.

I received the email when I applied for the award on the 6th December 2024 and haven’t had any correspondence since. There is nothing in my spam folders and I rechecked Logsearch to find that the award is still pending.

Can someone please find out what the issue is and rectify it.

Just received email that my award has been approved and another email sent to award download page to get my new award.
