As far as I’m aware there have been no related changes.
However, there is currently (as far as I know) no software-based stop that would prevent somebody with Logsearch log uploading rights (i.e., national log managers) from uploading logs that actually belong to other national programs.
But of course it should not be done. The guidance is as before: logs should be submitted to the log manager of the national program where the activation took place, if such a program exists.

Logs go via regional log managers, who take care of the final uploading to the WWFF database.
In your case, please see https://www.veff.ca/ -> “Submit your logs” for instructions.

This has been filed as a bug previously: a new PHP version broke the plugin used to generate the PDF file.
In the bug listing, it’s not high in priority right now to be fixed. Do you have a specific need for the PDF in particular?

Very sorry for the delay in replying!
Currently WWFF doesn’t seem (https://wwff.co/awards/national-programs/) to have a national program in HS, so there is no HSFF coordinator either.
Logs can in that case be sent to wwfflogs@winqsl.de.
However, if you’d be interested in running a HSFF national program, or want to find out more about what it means to run one, please e-mail team@wwff.co. We’re right now preparing an info packet on what it means to run a national program, so you could be the first user 🙂
