This issue appeared again in the last weeks.
The first GCR message does not arrive to our server, hence it will not be forwarded. The other messages arrive and will forwarded exactly as it should be done. Only the first message does not arrive, exactly as reported years ago.
We would like to solve this issue, otherwise we will not be able to release the awards. We have also received some message alerting us of the not released awards, hence alerting us of what was happening again.
Could we know if there is a known cause of that, and a possible solution?
I would also signal that sometimes in the further GCR messages there is the op name used instead of the callsign used in the first GCR message; this is confusing: possibly use always only the callsign for awards!
