Certificate not received after 4 weeks – is it normal?

Hello,

After applying for DXFF-H-10 on 2018, April 15th, we received an email saying that “[Our] certificate [would] follow shortly”, but we didn’t receive anything else since, neither by email nor through logsearch or any other feature as far as we could find.

We have no previous experience of the WWFF application process, so maybe one month is a normal delay and we just have to wait a little more; but we would like to be sure about it.

The award data we received is :

> Type: DXFF-H-10
> Num#: DXFF-H-10__100317
