Invalid awards in the log

Hi

I received an award request that made me wonder a bit, as it is from before the WWFF-programme started.

I’m thinking about this part of the rules which this clearly violates:

The WWFF program commenced on 1st November 2012. However,
qualifying logs from activations preceding 1st November 2012, can be
provided for upload to Logsearch dating back to 1st July 2008. Logs
prior to this date will not be accepted…

Is this something that was uploaded before this rule was added, is it a mistake somewhere?

What should I do about the request? Permit it or reject it?

Will do. I think some have gotten through, but I have 6 pending now, and all the users have been notified about why they are pending.

I talked to LA1EBA about it (CC for LA), and he says the old entries should be deleted if they violate the rules.
