Missing and pending diplomas

Hi all,
I’ve already received the YUFF (Bronze) diploma in date 13/08/16, but in the “my awards” page it seems it’s still in the pending status.

On the other hand I applied for the YUFF (Gold) about 1 month ago, but I’ve received neither the GCR email nor the diploma yet (in this case, I can see the application in “my awards” still pending).

May you look for any problem?

Dear Mario and all,

I have the same problem with YU-Awards, actually waiting for
“Looney-Award” 4 weeks and the “Diamond-Award” is still pending
since 2 month.
Nevertheless is the yu-activity very good and thanks to all
activators.

Hi Heinz, glad to hear you!

The problem with the YU-Awards (as I wrote in the first post) is still there, and now I have the same issue with the 5B-Award (3). I received it more than 10 days ago but it remains pending in the award page.

For me it’s not a big issue, it’s just a bit annoying.

Take your time to solve it.

The state of “pending” is that some Award Managers are sending out awards, without flagging them as issued in logsearch.

So, Award Managers – please approve teh awards in Logsearch as well as actually issuing the awards!

I understand now.
Maybe, if I contact the YU and 5B award managers,
they will work on it.
