no permission to apply for awards

Hi guys,
good job on the program – after a long break I came back to amateurradio and looking for WWFF ..

Call: DH4JF .. application for hunter -10- should be possible,
but I get the message:

please note: you have not yet been given the user-permissions to apply for awards

Is it possible to have a look for it / and give permission?
Or tell me, what I need to do?
