Permissions?

Good day!

I registered an account a while back but I am just getting around to using it. I activated a POTA park and is also a WWFF (KFF) park and would like to upload ly log, but it appears that I don’t have the correct permissions. Is there something that I need to do to get those permissions?

What do I need to do to get the correct permissions on the log search page to be able to apply for awards, etc.

No… What I see is in the attached screenshot…

I have double checked my profile and I think it is cOrrect. The only item I am not 100% sure of is DXCC. I am in the US and have used K.

OK Ron! When you go to https://wwff.co, don’t press “WWFF Logsearch” at the top.

Instead, go a bit further down to the menu line that has “HOME AGENDA DIRECTORY LOGSEARCH …” and press LOGSEARCH there. Now you should come to the view described in slide 2 behind my link, and can go from there.

OK! That takes me to slide 2! When I click on Search I now go to slide 3. When I put my cursor over any of the buttons in the middle window (I used WWFF-H) I see a messages that says “You connot apply for awards yet. Check your profile”. I couldn’t get a screenshot with it on screen so I took a picture with my cell phone 🙂

What should I have in the DXCC field? I currently have K

Thanks! I did see the post that you linked and that was what had me questioning the correct entry for DXCC.

I looked back in my old emails and I registered on December 6, 2023.

I just looked at the logsearch page and it appears that I can now apply for awards! I’m not sure if this is just temporary or if they found a fix?

Good to hear, Ron. Admin may have fixed it, although I have no word from there. Anyway, main thing is it seems to work!
