Unsuccessful log upload 2 March 2025

At about 2037 UTC on 2 March 2025 I uploaded a log for VK1AD from VKFF-0556 that has 39 QSO recorded

The upload page returned the following message:

Pass 1… checking log
[OK] EOH detected
End of File… 38 of 38 QSOs valid.

Pass 2… processing
Uploading Log #182489…
[OK] EOH detected

End of File… 38 of 38 QSOs valid.

[OK] Log #182489 complete!

Only 38 of the 39 QSOs have been recorded.

Please advise what I should do next, and how I can identify the missing QSO.

Verify the content log , there should be only 38 valid qso and not 39.
If not extract in existing log the 38 uploaded qsos and upload the remaining one.
