    the special WARD-H award (for 2017) is not counting the QSO’s
    which are already approved by the QSOs-list.

    Meanwhile it is working and the QSO’s are counted.
    The time, when I’ve got the problem, was short after the WARD.
    At this time, I was facing extreme long latencies / reaction times of the site. May be, this was causing the problem.
