I have held my License since 2003, sold all of my HF radio's in about 2007. used 2mtrs for a while then went quite till I overheard an Amateur talking about SOTA, I got back on air on 2 mtrs but struggled to afford an HF radio on a pension, managed to buy a small mono band 40 rig 25 watts, I have had a few POTA and VKFF contacts so I joined up with Pota and WWFF to make sure that the Activators got their points
