    I assume this refers to a “chaser,” given that other types of chasers are listed prior to this instance—contacts with whom count toward the activator’s total, in accordance with the rule stating that “a minimum of 44 QSOs are required for the activity to count towards WWFF activator awards.” Of course, it would be better to explicitly state, in the specific case in question, that it refers to a “chaser.”

    Yes! You can and you are right! It’s important for the hunters! As well as it’s good for you as an Activator! Next time you reactivate the same reference QSOs from the previous activation(s) will be summarized with QSOs from the next activation(s) and you can qualify with 44 or more QSOs easily!
