Many of the emails confirmation is not the name of the operator who has obtained the award

This is because not everyone is populating their profile…

Maybe I should stop people applying if their profile is incomplete…

However the first email (as requested diploma) if you put the name, I deduce that in this case the name “First Name” field takes the user registration.

You can not aim in confirmation emails to the same field?

In this way regardless if your profile is good or misconfigured will be indistinct.

Also avoid other unwanted problems
