Still do not know why the “Manage Programs” form does not work. Not a big problem so it can be put on the back burner. I am using Dell pentium III, 730MHz, 384MB RAM with Win XP Home Service Pack 3. Also using dial-up … yes, that is dial-up, Hi. Very old school and tight budget at this end. I will try a faster computer in the low GHz range running Win XP Pro and see if that makes any difference. The URL was the main issue, so the “Manage Programs” form page we can both look into. TNX agn.
