– yes, I can access that web page containing the form“You should be able to edit these yourself?”
– No, can not do anything with the form. Can not select list under “Program” and can not select Edit or Add under “Action”. Entire form contains blank lines.73 & 44 from Dave, VA3RJ

Still do not know why the “Manage Programs” form does not work. Not a big problem so it can be put on the back burner. I am using Dell pentium III, 730MHz, 384MB RAM with Win XP Home Service Pack 3. Also using dial-up … yes, that is dial-up, Hi. Very old school and tight budget at this end. I will try a faster computer in the low GHz range running Win XP Pro and see if that makes any difference.
