    Greeting. Why are new awards being sent as a PDF file not as a JPG as has been done before. I recently achieved the Hunter 844 award in PDF and, as such, are unable to upload it to my qrz page.

    Can you please revert back to the JPG format for awards.

    There are many utilities available that you can do a screen grab of the pdf and save it as a jpg.
    If you happen to be using windows 10 there is built in Snipping Tool.
