Locked Out User for New Club Account

Hello. I am Jeff / KB3ZUK, KFF Area 3 DM and President of the HacDC ARC (W3HAC). I created a new account for club logs, but apparently I made the password to tricky for even me to get right because when I tried to log myself in for the first time I “locked out” the account. I have tried using the “reset password” link multiple times, using both my email and user names and have not received any instructions on how to reset the account password. Please help.
