One OM Hunter Award Request not possible on WWFF LogSearch

Good afternoon,
I have a Friend , Hunter, that had many QSOs with HBFF activators, for a total of 78 References.
He checked it and see them on Logsearch; but he wrote me he cannot request the HBFF Awards as there are no awards available or gained listed for him.
I cannot check it as I cannot log in with his callsign; on the other way, we receive normally other OMs award request, so something strange is happening with his callsign.
He wrote he is registered to wwff from years.
There is something I can suggest to check for in his profile? Or something else he can do? Thanks!

Please create a ticket at https://wwff.co/reporting-bugs-request-new-features/ and describe the full details (including the OM’s callsign).

The WWFF IT team can then take a look at the specifics and solve it!

Hello Kim, good morning.
I have opened a ticket with the name and callsign of the affected OM, he tried to check his registration data, but did not find a way to solve that issue. I cannot see his data to check them, so I cannot write that something is wrong there, but I suspect this and not an issue with WWFF . Maybe you may check that and see.

Kim please,an Information:
editing the profile, Angelo may change the “capacity” i.e. writing “apply_for_awards” in the capacity line? Or this line may not be edited/changed by the end user? Inbetween I must say that I have not yet understand what Angelo has for capabilities there, as I cannot access that page directly, and he seems not to be able to get there too …

Hello Kim,
Angelo IK2JTS as I suggested him did edit his profile, and has corrected callsign in parenthesis (!?!) and seems also to have added the ” apply_for_award ” capability as I pointed out.
Now it works finme, he had a lot of Awards to receive.
I sure have received his HBFF-Award request via WWFF, and so all seems OK now. Many thanks, 73 44
