POTA and WWFF with FT8

I have just signed up for WWFF put have been doing POTA for a few years.

First, I have been told that double activations are okay to do. For example, US-2265 in POTA is KFF-2265 in WWFF, so if I go to the park and operate I can submit my log to both groups for credit.

When I do POTA my CQ on FT8 is
CQ POTA W9RWB EN61

I could do
CQ WWFF W9WRB EN61
for WWFF

Is there a CQ for FT8 when you are doing a double activation?
CQ POTA WWFF W9RWB EN61 is too long.

Hi Robert.

I do double activations on FT8 for SOTA and WWFF and I usually post a spot on the relevant spotting pages and then work the stations as they arrive.

If contacts slow down a little, I’ll run CQ SOTA VK3ZPF QF21 for 3 or 4 cycles then CQ WWFF VK3ZPF QF21 for 3 or 4 cycles then go back to CQ VK3ZPF QF21.

I also find FT4 is effective and takes less time per QSO than FT8, but I often forget to do FT4.
