Time Out Now Error

I was trying to upload a log for XM9A today, it timed out and now getting this error.

XM9A has 529 contacts and is visible for operator VE9CF
and a log is online for VE1MDF from 14.03. for _VEFF-3902 with 30 contacts, which is also visible when you check under activator VE1MDF

about the topic time-out ?
there was announced from the provider that they do a maintenance on 13.03. night for three hours and this info was also forwarded
