Like an old, grumpy bear, I’m grumbling a little because many of the awards I’ve won are being delayed for so long.
For months, weeks, because it is handled so slowly.
The national administrators are sometimes not even available. Or they have so many and difficult things to do, they don’t have an answer to my question.
Examples can be: German, Serbian, who has not yet answered me. EAFF, HAFF, long weeks have passed, but the diploma has not arrived.
So the old bear grumbles, in vain he strives for beauty, good, a degree,
it can climb the tree.
