Let’s see how soon Special Protected Nature Areas from the Kosovo will appear on the Protected Planets website. It is even such a “country” is still not designated there, but the “program” has already appeared. Applause!

This zero appears if there are no new spots to moment of the next automatic page reload. But the script seems to be working. Because if a new spot appears in the interval between two automatic reloads of the page, zero disappears and the cluster is displayed again normally.

I guess, you have got full version of latest RFF proposals (already approved 2017.11.02), where I gave both transliteration and translation of proposed SPNAs.

I looked at your map. I really liked how you marked on it these last two dozen new references with transliteration and the translation of their names. I think, this is the best way.
