EAFF diplomas are not sent by email.
An email is sent stating that the diploma has been approved and indicating a URL where you can download the diploma in pdf.
On November 4, 2016 (the day you applied for the diploma), the following message was sent to you:

Finally just left me thank you for your participation in the EAFF award.

At EAFF we are not aware that the email has not been delivered, since we have not received any undelivered email notification, so we assume that you received the email.
Neither have we received any email on your part interested in the diploma not received.
