Please provide an update to this issue. Randy contacted me today asking me for an update. He has two separate lists of stats showing for him, despite making the changes to his account that he was instructed to do. Thanks for your assistance.

Thanks, Nobi, for your rapid reply. As you will recall from the last Committee meeting, I volunteered to help out with website administration and password resets, new member approvals, requests for information, etc. In forum post reviews, I just happened to see this was still, “open”. I wanted to make sure we are taking good care of the participants involved in the initiative. I will go ahead and close the post as resolved. Have a great weekend.

Hi, Brian. Thanks for your suggestion. The Webmaster position is currently vacant in the Committee.
This is a very recent change. I know that all Committee members have access to the “forums” area here on the Website and are able to address concerns, questions, comments and suggestions as is appropriate. I also know, as I told you when you posted the same suggestion on the KFF Facebook page, several Committee members recently were involved in a discussion about suggestions and improvements to the Website which took place on the WWFF Facebook page. I had directed you to that link and suggested that you place this same suggestion there as well for consideration by the greatest number of Committee members. I am sure that yours is among many of the suggested improvements that will be considered by the Committee to be included on the Website after the next Webmaster is selected.

Hi, Ken. Thank you for letting us know. I am sending an e-mail to the awards manager for follow-up.
Please let give him a chance to respond and work to address your issue. If your issue remains unresolved after a week or so, please post an additional follow-up post on this thread. I will then get an e-mail that will help me to know that added steps need to be taken.
