First P2P-88 Award

First P2P-88 Award issued

Following its launch earlier this year, the Park-To-Park award has proven quite successful.

Already 33 activators have earned the entry-level award (10 P2Ps confirmed) while a number have already achieved the award for 44 confirmed P2P contacts.

As such, WWFF is pleased to announce that the next level, for 88 confirmed P2P contacts, is now available through Logsearch.

LXFF References

Continuing recent developments, LXFF references have now been renumbered to four-digits – so from LXFF-xxx to LXFF-0xxx

LXFF Awards

New awards have been added to Logsearch…

  • LXFF-A will be awarded to Activators for each five LXFF references activated (subject to the QSO quorum)
  • LXFF-H will be awarded to Hunters for each five LXFF references worked (Also for SWL)

WWFF started to convert the reference numbers into uniform 4 digit numbers. This will be done division by division.

The GxFF division made now already the change from GxFF-yyy to GxFF-yyyy

We will inform all divisions when the change will happen. At the end of the conversion we will have only 2 correct ways to identify a divison :

XFF-YYYY or XXFF-YYYY

(depending on the national prefix)
