Hi David – this is due to people not populating their profiles fully.

I will look to adding some extra checks.

This appears to be an intermittent issue… the logs show that the query is taking too long (so it times out).

This suggests the server is just getting too busy – but interestingly it appears to be a overnight UTC issue.

We will investigate to see if there is anything specific that can be fixed, or what else needs to be done!

Ummm… the DATE of all activations are all showing as “1” which isn’t helpful; let me look at this.

But his stats are showing 18 quorum of 34 references activated…
