    HI Manfred,
    1) NO, the log HBFF-0172 for 2019-01-29 (log-id 68124) shall NOT be deleted, it is OK

    2) The log YU1CA@HBFF-0040_20190122 can not be uploaded, see here:
    Log Upload

    Uploading: YU1CA@HBFF-0040_20190122.adi
    … Reference: HBFF-0040 (manual)
    … Station: HB9/YU1CA/P (manual)
    … Operator: YU1CA (manual)

    [ERROR] Log ‘YU1CA@HBFF-0040_20190122.adi’ already loaded

    3) the log YU1CA@HBFF-0059_20190126 can also NOT be uploaded, similar error, see here:
    Log Upload

    Uploading: YU1CA@HBFF-0059_20190126.adi
    … Reference: auto (auto)
    … Station: auto (auto)
    … Operator: auto (auto)

    [ERROR] Log ‘YU1CA@HBFF-0059_20190126.adi’ already loaded

I guess these uploads should be erased otherwise I cannot upload logs wioth the same name; othjerwise I could change the log name and upload them, but I fear this could give some other mess … what if I send to you both the rights logs?
Thanks again , Manfred, I wrote back here in GB as maybe Andrew does not read German language … I do not know.

Please let me know what I may do to help you further with these corrections, many many thanks!

    Bs Bald, Manfred, Dankesehr!

    Hello Andrew and Nobi,
The same kind of error happened to me in a certain way: I reconstructed it so:
    – Because of a local mess it happened to me to save an adif log named XXnXX@HBFF-0040_yyyymmdd but whose content was the log XXnXX@HBFF-0059_yyyymmdd , log that was already uploaded with its right name.
Result of my faulty upload: the rigt HBFF-0040 log cannot be uploaded anymore, as its name containing the Ref HBFF-0040 is already registered; and the original HBFF-0059 has been uploaded twice, so having double idenmtical QSOs .

Andrew, maybe this could suggest you some error filter more, if needed:
    1) Check the title Reference with the log Reference content
    2) auto-erase or not-allow-upload of dupe QSO
Maybve this is already present in some other equation?

Now, I hope you may solve the problem of dupes for HBFF-0059 ( two activations) and of the last upload of HBFF-0040 one (many activations!).
Hope to have been of some help, 73 es 44 to you both Andrew and Nobi, and to Manfred; thank you for your help and all!

Hallo Jerri, thanks for the answer.
OK for OHFF-0020 then, and Inakari being part of it.
Do you know if the actual Team intend to give Inakari only as IOTA or even as OHFF-0020 ?
I have not seen it announced on the spots nor in the Agenda, so I guess it will not be OHFF valid. Lost ocasion, a pity.
    Maybe they did not know.

    HI Luk ON4BB,
    Thanks for the Info!

On the site you gave me there is a map, here: https://retkikartta.fi/?lang=en&id=855
From that map the Inakari Island is out of the park, at left / up of the island marked nr. 3, Pensaskari, on the national border.
But by clicking on it, it gives the Informations. But on the other way, by searching ” Inakari ” on the GB language Nationalparks.fi it gives “no results” !

The OHFF-0040 is named ” The Bothnian sea” , so it seemed to me better suited; but the last word on the Reference should come from the OH nat. manager.
Anyway, it seems to me that the actual DXpedition, there, is not interested maybe into WWFF but only to IOTA
Could it be that they do not know that it is an OHFF Reference, maybe? Or Inakari is not at all into a Reference ?

Thanks for the message, Luk ON4BB, I hope the OHFF manager will tell us something.
    73 44 Tnx!

We of the HBFF Committee have decided that, on request , we may issue the HBFF Awards by mode. The Award graphic will be the standard one; only there will be mentioned the operation mode.
Waiting for WWFF on this matter, 73 es 44 de Augusto HB9TZA

    Hello Andrew!
Thanks to tyhis, I have fouynd a bad mismatch in the log uploaded for HBFF-0107 these times … There has been a big mess: in fact, there were two stations there, and I suppose I have uploaded only the log of one station: both were into the HBFF-0107, but near two different lakes.: they were activating also the Swiss Lakes Referencres, one on TI020 and one on TI019. I was not there.
Now I need to control the WWFF log, but sorrily, I cannot find a way to download the one by WWFF … is this possible?
Or may you handle me a copy of it somehow?
Otherwise, we could erase the one then upload a new one ex-novo …but I would prefer to control the actual uploaded one with the others, then add the missing QSO by a not-in-log procedure.
What do you mean about this? Sorry for the problems and the time needed!
Hope you or Manfred may help me to fix this.
    Thanks!
