This has been discussed a number of times, and the outcome has always been the same 🙁
Where time is provided, it is stored in the database.
However, time is not a required field for WWFF logs… this stems from several DxPeditions agreeing to provide logs only if time was not provided or that if time was provided, it would not be disclosed – to prevent bogus QSO claims.
There is no inherent reason why such an award could not be included in Logsearch (either as a KFF only, or as a general award) – although the time-zone calculation could be tricky!
KF5ZFW – please post old and new here, and I will change them for you (and email you when I’ve done it!)
There is nothing to stop you – the privilege is not linked to the Directory (although in theory, could be…)
However, I would expect people to only upload for their own program, and as a courtesy forward other logs to the respective coordinators.
Usually, multi-op use a club-call so the log would use the Club Call
Where it is two single-ops then a combined log can be one of the calls – the name is not important, and is only used to prevent duplicate uploads!
The LAFF steps are not a problem, and will be added in stages to allow peeps to claim the lower levels in turn.
I guess I could restrict award applications for those who have not filled in their profile.
