There is nothing to stop you – the privilege is not linked to the Directory (although in theory, could be…)
However, I would expect people to only upload for their own program, and as a courtesy forward other logs to the respective coordinators.
Usually, multi-op use a club-call so the log would use the Club Call
Where it is two single-ops then a combined log can be one of the calls – the name is not important, and is only used to prevent duplicate uploads!
The LAFF steps are not a problem, and will be added in stages to allow peeps to claim the lower levels in turn.
I guess I could restrict award applications for those who have not filled in their profile.

Email addresses should always be included, but the rest may be missing.

PS: Please *DO NOT* upload a further log to “correct” a call – it won’t… it’s fine to upload MISSED QSOs, of course
If you change your primary callsign, then let me know the old and new.
I can then weave some back-end magic to make sure they are linked to your new one.
The Usernames cannot be changed restriction is a (ahem) feature of WordPress – but there is always a way, if it really is an issue.
